How is Peridex® mouthwash (chlorhexidine gluconate 0.12%) used?

It is usually recommended that Peridex oral rinse be used twice daily. The mouth should be rinsed/swished with 15mL of chlorhexidine solution for 30 seconds twice daily (as close to 12 hours apart as possible).
